PBS(磷酸盐缓冲液) 产品简介： 磷酸盐缓冲液（Phosphate Buffered Saline,简称 PBS）是常用的用于生物学研究的一个 缓冲溶液,它是一种水基盐溶液中含有氯化钠,磷酸盐。PBS 缓冲液有助于保持恒定的 pH 值,其渗透压和离子浓度通常与人体 pH 相近（等渗）,本产品 pH 为 7.2-7.4,溶解后浓度 0.01M。主要成分： 氯化钠 137 mM 磷酸氢二钠 10 mM 磷酸二氢钾 1.76mM 氯化钾 2.7 mM使用方法： 使用时用双蒸水稀释到2000ml后即可使用。溶解后请尽快使用。注意事项：为了您的安全和健康,请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。保存条件：室温保存,一年有效。

PBS (10X, premixed powder)，即Phosphate Buffered Saline (10X, premixed powder)。PBS (Phosphate Buffered Saline)，中文名为磷酸盐缓冲盐溶液、磷酸缓冲盐溶液、PBS缓冲液，是生物学中最常用的缓冲液，广泛用于生物化学、分子生物学、细胞生物学、实验动物学等研究领域。PBS由Na2HPO4和NaH2PO4构成稳定的pH缓冲体系，由NaCl和KCl提供等渗条件。
PBS (10X premixed powder)配制成1X PBS后含10mM Na2HPO4、2mM NaH2PO4、135mM NaCl、4.7mM KCl，pH7.3±0.1 (25℃)。
本产品为预混粉末(premixed powder, or powder blend)，无需称量、无需调节pH值，直接用蒸馏水或去离子水溶解混匀并定容至1升，即可配制成1升10X PBS。

HBSS vs EBSS
Hanks' balanced salt solution (HBSS) and Earle’s balanced salt solution (EBSS) are both isotonic solutions used to maintain osmolality and pH in biological applications. While both HBSS and EBSS include glucose and sodium bicarbonate for short-term maintenance of cells outside of growth medium, EBSS is designed for use under 5% CO2, whereas HBSS, which is formulated with less sodium bicarbonate, allows for use without CO2. HBSS vs PBS
Hanks’ balanced salt solution (HBSS) and phosphate buffered saline (PBS) are two types of salt solutions commonly used for the maintenance of osmolality and pH in cell culture applications. However, the formulations of these two solution types differ. While PBS is a simple solution containing phosphate buffer, HBSS is more complex and includes sodium bicarbonate. Both may be formulated with glucose and pyruvate as well as calcium and magnesium. However, given their differences, application should be carefully considered when selecting the appropriate solution for your cell culture experiments. See above for selection guides by application.

PBS buffer is widely used in immunoassay, microbiology and protein experiments. The PBS buffer prepared by this product can be directly used for cell culture and other related experiments after being sterilized by 0.22 μm filtration.
MCE PBS Powder (1 L of 1×) consists of NaCl, KCl and Phosphate. Each pouch can be diluted to 1 L 1× PBS buffer, in which the concentration of NaCl is 137 mM, the concentration of KCl is 2.7 mM and the concentration of Phosphate is 10 mM. This product provides a convenient way to make PBS buffer and eliminates the need to weigh and mix individual components.

Storage
Store at room temperature for 3 years.
Protocol
1. Add 1 pouch of PBS Powder into the cleaned beaker, dissolve with 600 mL distilled water under a magnetic stirrer.
2. Add distilled water to the solution in step 1 until the total volume is 1 L. The final solution is 1× PBS buffer.
Note:
a. All relevant raw materials are AR/GR grade.
b. The pH of the 1× PBS buffer is 7.4 ± 0.2 @ 25°C.

Do most proteins show cross-species activity?
Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.

【实验指南】配置PBS步骤详解 - 知乎切换模式写文章登录/注册【实验指南】配置PBS步骤详解菲恩生物专业研发生产elisa试剂盒/抗体/蛋白厂家PBS作为生物实验中最常用的试剂，相信很多小伙伴都配置或者实验使用过。PBS是磷酸缓冲盐溶液（phosphate buffer saline），一般作为溶剂，起溶解保护试剂的作用。一般的有活性的生物制剂都要用它来稀释。它具有盐平衡、可调整适宜pH、可以缓冲pH等特点。PBS、蒸馏水和生理盐水三种溶剂该怎么选择呢？蒸馏水不具有盐平衡作用，可以破坏生物蛋白的结构及生物特性；而生理盐水不具有调整pH的作用，对完整的、具有活性的物质不能保证其在最适条件下参与生物反应。在实验室也常见PB、PBST溶液。PB溶液的成分通常有磷酸钠和磷酸钾。若只是化学反应,用PB溶液就行。在PB的基础上按照一定比例加NaCl，就可配置PBS；将磷酸钠和磷酸钾，NaCl，Tween-20按照一定比例，即可配成PBST溶液。PBS配置过程第一步，准备洗干净的瓶子和配置PBS所需的纯水。第二步，根据所需要的PBS浓度确定各成分需要的量，不同实验室要求不一样，所以成分及用量会有区别。以我们细胞部门为例，我们配置的PBS成分如下：试剂名称g/LKH2PO40.144NaCl9.0Na2HPO40.421PBS主要成分第三步，将称取的药品加入纯水搅拌至完全溶解。第四步，将溶液pH调整至7.4左右。这里不同实验对溶液pH要求不一样，细胞部门主要是用于胰酶消化细胞，胰酶在偏碱性环境活性会强一点，所以细胞部门的pH可以稍微偏高一点，一般实验使用的话调整pH 7.2-7.4即可。第五步，将配好的溶液定容到所需的体积，然后高温高压灭菌或者0.22um滤膜过滤除菌。时间充足的小伙伴可以高温高压灭菌，比较着急用的小伙伴可以直接0.22um滤膜过滤，其实效果是一样的。第六步，等灭菌的PBS温度降下来或者过滤了就是无菌的PBS了，拧紧瓶盖，封上封口膜，就可以放在4度冰箱备用了。pbs试剂PBS是我们实验中很常用的试剂，虽然配置比较简单，但也需要用心做好哦，毕竟用心做好每一步是获得一个漂亮的实验结果的前提。编辑于 2022-06-20 16:59pbs缓冲液生物实验科研赞同 54 条评论分享喜欢收藏申请
