WBT的德国创始人和CEO说,

1. 他们的nextgen新一代端子,都使用更少的金属材料。

目的是减少信号的损失。

各位大师来说下,这是不是为了节约成本找借口呢?

毕竟无氧铜的确很贵的,银也是。

用料更少的WBT 0710 AG 纯银喇叭接线柱视频

2. CEO说,市场上大多数RCA端子,都是含镍nickel的,而镍是会带磁的。

电磁法则,有带电导线,就有磁场,从而对信号产生电磁干扰,也就是”音染“。

所以为了杜绝端子带磁影响信号,

WBT强调他们的RCA都是Nickel Free不含镍的。

Cardas也声称他们的XLR平衡端子不含镍。

个人查了一下,

绝大多数XLR,以及RCA端子的确是在镀镍的基座上镀金。

众所周知,金,铜和银,皆是不会带磁的。

而镍和铹,的确是会带磁的。这个相信大家都知道。

但其他端子因为抗氧化而都镀镍和铹,不在乎会带磁的吗?

跟你说一些工艺上的事情吧

铜不能直接镀金 因为金会直接渗透进入铜内部 镀完以后 根据镀金厚度不同 短则几星期长则几年 表面就会变回铜 然后氧化生锈

镍和铜/金相互都不会渗透  所以被大范围用作铜镀金的隔离层

专业,一解释就清楚!非常感谢!

所以说,WBT说的没错,大多数铜为基底的rca接线柱都内部都镀有镍。

而WBT则强调,他家的rca插座不一样,是Nickel free,不含镍。

最近一次听到他家说在改变电镀金的方法,传统的污染性太高。

没看懂这里的论点在哪里成名品牌必有其独有的工艺和理论。

若是真为了揭露,至少应该列举出越多越好的成功范例。

想是明踩暗抬,顺带晒晒机器---

WBT是如何超凡脱俗,众人皆醉俺独醒,选用WBT的铭机是如何独具慧眼,好声至上,不为五斗米折腰

因为铜及其容易氧化,而氧化铜的导电性不佳。所以需要镀金。大多数也因此度铹和度镍。

所以对于OFC无氧铜咸菜,抗氧化,远比纯度更重要。

所以更高级的是用银做导体,氧化样的导电性也非常优秀。

氧化银导电性非常优秀????????????????接插件里涉及的理论太深了。你一个前法语老师,真的没必要靠百度来瞎演绎。

一个很重要的指标是接触电阻,和材料接触面积,不同金属之间,所受到压力都有关系。所以音响器件之间最好的连接方式就是不要接插件。什么WBT,镀银、镀金,都不可能比裸线直插拧紧的接触电阻更小。至少音箱线没有接插件存在的意义。

作为一个前法语教师,真的轮不到我,也不应该我来科普这些基本常识。

我回国都从不用百度,何况不在墙内。

这些观点来自Esprit cable线材设计师亲口所言。

觉得有道理,所以分享一下。

1, 暴露在空气中的裸线无氧铜ofc,氧化了怎么办?氧化铜导电性可不佳,作为接触面。

2,优秀与否是相对的。相比氧化铜,氧化银的导电性依旧很优秀。

兄台说的没错。

知道spoken是专业级的,还有是镀银的。

知道2家有用,一家是瑞士FM的喇叭电分接口,

另外一家是我们代理的法国ICOS音箱系统,

铝合金木板和X材质阻尼的三明治结构箱体,

全新升级,50年前就是全球最昂贵的HIFI音响系统。

氧化银也是个槽点,这玩意儿首先很难在常温条件下生成,其次见光易分解,且即便不分解也容易和二氧化碳反应成碳酸银

在常温下空气中银上的黑色其实大概率是硫化银

HIFI→HUFI→HUEND→HUESTED→QUESTED→多媒体2.1

铜和银氧化就是氧化银和氧化铜?氧化银怎么优秀导电性了????卖音响线材的厂是线材厂家里面理论和技术含量最低的。你所谓的设计师要么在忽悠你,要么是你压根没理解。

要解决氧化问题导致的接触电阻升高的方法多的去了。工业应用比音响线要求高得太多了,没人会花几千上万去买跟一两米的金属去解决问题。

Revolutionary disruptive innovationfor improved contact qualityIn the 2021 Germany-wide innovation competition, organised by WirtschaftsWoche*, EnBW and accenture under the auspices of the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy, WBT was chosen as the winner for its WBT-PlasmaProtect™ PVD process development.The contact quality and long-term stability of audio connectors can be improved with this process:   1) The surface roughness of the signal conductor, which is damaging to the contact,       is significantly smoothed through pre-treatment with high-current polishing so       that the “Van der Waals forces” can be activated considerable more strongly,       thus making it possible to plate directly in the PVD process, see attached graphic.

   2) The PVD (gold) surface is faultless and pure (high vacuum), has a crystalline        structure, is thinner and at the same time more flexible with good elastic        deformability (Hertzian stress) for improved contact quality.

In addition, an award was given for four further development achievements which form the basis for the leap from previous electroplating to modern PVD plasma technology:   1) The 3D coating in PVD plasma, combined with the improvement of effectiveness         from approx. 20 to 80%,   2) The energy saving of approx. 26%,   3) The conservation of resources (saving of gold) of approx. 35%, and   4) The reduction of environmental impact owing to the elimination of toxic         electroplating baths. The process development with the direct connection between high-current polishing and PVD plasma coating allows for improvements in quality, reduction of the burden on the environment and conservation of resources. In principle, this new technique can be used for all plug-in connectors, e.g. in measurement and control technology. Particularly where large bandwidth and high current carrying capacity, and at the same time improved long-term stability, are desired.

WBT-PlasmaProtect™ - A leap in quality for audio connectors

For numerous years, enthusiasts of outstanding sound quality have been enjoying the nextgen™ connectors of WBT. With their sophisticated signal conductors made of pure copper or fine silver in combination with innovative functional materials, the nextgen™ series offers everything the audiophile heart desires. By optimising the mass of the signal conductor, WBT managed to minimise mass storage effects and eddy currents. The sound is clearer, and notably more substantial and spatial. However, WBT goes even further. The think tank of WBT has been working tirelessly for some years. According to the principle that the best is still not good enough, WBT is seeking to improve the nextgen™ principle even more. This endeavour often seemed very difficult. The in-house production facilities in Essen had to be restructured. A PVD plasma production line had to be established. Already during the construction phase, dedicated production processes particularly designed for WBT were developed and implemented on a newly established production line.

However, what does PVD plasma production mean?Contacts have to be protected against corrosion. Around the world, this is done for connectors almost exclusively by using electroplating technology. WBT is the first manufacturer of connectors replacing electroplating by the much more precise PVD technology. The innovative nanotechnology replaces the obsolate electroplating technology. For this process, the signal conductors made of pure copper are cleaned in a high current polishing line and the surface is polished to a high glossy finish. This is done completely without any harmful chemical additives. The resulting surface is absolutely pure without any imperfections like chemical inclusions. Afterwards, the conductor is subject to physical vapour deposition (PVD) for a physical fine gold plating. In this process, atomic gold is released by plasma discharge ignition in a high vacuum. In the vacuum, this gold is literally shot on the copper conductor to realise atomic bonding* for inseperably anchoring (*Van der Waals forces). The result is a homogeneous material compound with a 24-carat gold surface.

And why plasma?The choice of plasma can be easily explained. With their nextgen™ principle, WBT had already initiated a transition to environmentally friendly technologies. The replacement from galvanic surface coating to PVD plasma is just the consequent continuation of this basic thought. In contrast to environmentally harmful electroplating, plasma technology does not require any toxic electroplating baths and is environmentally neutral. Additionally, the new procedure enables reduction of the energy consumption by approx. 25 %. And resource-saving use of precious metals can also be ensured.

What are the consequences for the sound?The atomically boundesd gold ensures a hard and still flexible surfaces with resistance against scratches and abrasion. Even more important is the structure in the material itself. Thanks to PVD plasma technology, a defined crystalline structure is generated. As electricity is direction-dependent, this structure enables even further increase in precision of the signal flow for unparalleled signal quality. While nextgen™ connectors have improved sound quality by increased clarity, substance and spatiality, WBT-PlasmaProtect™ offers even more defined sound. While wishing an orchestra is playing in the living room at home, this technology now offers the sensation of being at the centre of the orchestra. When closing the eyes, it sounds like standing between the strings or brass section – and suddenly next to the kettledrum. One is left with the impression of not only being a listener but a part of the orchestra itself. With WBT-PlasmaProtect™, WBT managed to realise a leap in quality for audio connectors.An absolute MUST for highest listening pleasure!

Nowadays, what has always been the driving force behind WBT is common knowledge: Connectors are far more than simply electrical contacts. We know about the importance of mass storage effects or the influence of materials used, and even the shape of these materials, on signal transfer. WBT has been carrying out fundamental research for over 20 years now and, with nextgen™, has conceived a product range that, and it is no exaggeration to say, defines what is currently possible in technological terms.There are fundamental differences between connectors from the WBT nextgen™ series and conventional connectors; starting from the materials used and moving on to the manufacturing process.

Benefits of nextgen™ at a glance

Unhindered signal transfer through mass optimisationAround 90% reduction in metal mass, so no mass storage effects. This improves audio spatiality considerably.Purer signal transferLosses as a result of eddy currents are practically eliminated thanks to the new geometry. So the signal is clearer, like it has been removed of any extra baggage.Stronger foundationsThrough pure, soft copper (optionally also fine silver), the internal resistance of the contact materials is optimised significantly. The sound is given much more substance.Real, standard-compliant RCA connectors with 75 ohmsnextgen™ RCA connectors consist of connectors and sockets and are future-proof. Thanks to the 75-ohm line impedance, they are also finally able to carry digital signals with a bandwidth of up to 1GHz. Analogue signal transfer also benefits considerably from the enormous bandwidth.Contemporary & greenThe modern, hybrid manufacturing process saves 90% of valuable non-ferrous metals (copper and brass) whilst increasing the technical and sound performances at the same time. This makes it unique.The nextgen™ principle is the first technique which allows pure copper or fine silver to be used as signal conductors without compromising on robustness and the long-term behaviour of the connectors.

Conventional connectors are turned parts, meaning that copper is actually relatively unsuitable as a material as it is too soft. That is why stronger alloys are used in the manufacturing process. The elec­trical conductivity of these alloys is poorer than that of pure copper or fine silver. As the connectors are usually made solely from metal, there is also a danger that mass storage effects and eddy currents occur which affect the signal transfer and therefore represent a further reduction in quality.

WBT nextgen™ connectors do not have to deal with this problem. They are the only connectors which take the latest findings from the fields of electrical and mechanical engineering into consideration.Losses resulting from eddy currents and the mass storage effect are eliminated by the reduction of metal and the use of modern materials. The actual signal conductor consists of pure copper or fine silver (no alloys!). Thanks to the nextgen™ composite technology, the mechanical robustness is in no way inferior to that of our globally-established classic series. nextgen™ provides audible and measurable quality and has exhausted the potential of what is technically possible.

Using nextgen™ connectors has clear advantages whatever the application. RCA connectors and sockets have a line impedance of 75 ohms in accordance with the latest standards – the perfect basis for perfect digital signal transfer. With a bandwidth of one gigahertz (conventional connector bandwidth is a mere fraction of this), the models are also state of the art when it comes to analogue signal transfer. Speaker connectors also benefit to a significant extent from the technological progression made possible by nextgen™ technology. In addition, our pole terminals have unique optimised conductor geometry which has been determined over the course of countless testing and measurement processes. For the first time, this allows the highest possible transfer safety in conside­ration of the disruptive influence of structure-borne sound. Introduction

WBT has continued to produce connectors specifically for the high-end audio industry over the last 20+ years. The product line has expanded from the first RCA type plug to include male and female RCA type connectors, binding posts, banana plugs and spade lugs with functionally unique features that truly elevate them to the top. WBT products are very popular with audio cable and equipment manufacturers worldwide and can be found as standard equipment on many well respected brands. Additionally, WBT currently holds more than 20 patents pertaining to audio connectors.

Theory

Connectors should let the signal through and not interfere with or affect it. Twenty years of research and development in this field has shown WBT how to design and manufacture products with little effect on signal transfer. Each plug and socket already has a transition point which must be overcome by the signal. Inferior connectors can act as a filter, which would then absorb all what you actually want to hear.

含義1.國際商業犯罪聯合調查科2.Water Ballast Tank 壓載水艙。船舶上的用於盛放壓載水的箱櫃。3.Wet-Bulb Temperature 濕球温度。濕球温度難以用簡短的文字給出嚴謹確切的定義。濕球温度是標定空氣相對濕度的一種手段,其涵義是,某一狀態的空氣,同濕球温度表的濕潤温包接觸,發生絕熱熱濕交換,使其達到飽和狀態時的温度。該温度是用温包上裹着濕紗布的温度表,在流速大於2.5m/s且不受直接輻射的空氣中,所測得的紗布表面温度,以此作為空氣接近飽和程度的一種度量。周圍空氣的飽和差愈大,濕球温度表上發生的蒸發愈強,而其示度也就愈低。根據幹、濕球温度的差值,可以確定空氣的相對濕度。4.Wideband Transmitter 寬帶發射機。它是無多路微波分配系統(MMDS)的傳輸發送方式之一。它的特點有:1.結構簡單,使用方便。2.覆蓋範圍較小,一般在30公里半徑以內。3.成本低,很受經濟不太發達地區用户的歡迎。4.可置於室外天線後部,免去建機房及購買饋管和波導的費用。5.Waiting Before Transmission 傳輸前等待 。即在網絡傳輸數據前的一個等待過程,這是一個傳輸雙方的身份確認過程。6.Windows-Based Terminal,是基於Windows的終端設備。WBT (Windows Based Terminal) 是Windows 2000 Server/Advanced Server具備的一項標準服務,它允許用户以Windows界面的客户端訪問服務器,運行服務器中的應用程序,使用户就像用自己的計算機一樣。在WBT的網絡中,所有應用軟件的安裝、配置、運行和存儲等均在服務器上進行,客户機(終端) 只作為輸入輸出設備。當終端用户登錄到服務器後,就可以像使用本地資源一樣使用服務器上的資源,運行服務器上Windows應用程序。多個終端用户可以同時登錄到服務器上,互不影響地工作。這樣的網絡十分容易進行集中管理,很適合學校和中小企業的局域網構建。通過標準的局域網與服務器連接,所有的軟件安裝、配置、運行、通信、數據存儲等都在服務器端完成,WBT所訪問的所有軟件和數據都安裝、保存在服務器上,WBT只作為輸入、輸出的設備。WBT充分利用服務器資源和強大的處理能力使得系統在總成本、可管理性、可維護性、安全性、投資延續性、升級成本等多方面有強大優勢。7.Web-Based Training.有些人把它翻譯成"網絡化訓練",也有些人稱之為"線上訓練",它讓學習者通過網絡及瀏覽器,就能學習到需要的課程,同時配合這種訓練的實施,需要"線上訓練平台"工具,這個平台把傳統訓練中的課程開發、傳達、講授、測試、討論活動、教學管理等工作都囊括了,是實施線上訓練的基礎設施。8.We Belong Together.這是Mariah Carey在2005年發的專輯The Emancipation of MiMi中的一首十分熱門的歌曲,這首歌曲獲得過許多獎項,包括格萊美等,還被被評為了05年年度歌曲。9.WBT:WINKLEVOSS BITCOIN TRUST 的縮寫。WINKLEVOSS BITCOIN TRUST是美國文克萊沃斯兄弟於2013年7月創立的比特幣基金。該基金採用眾籌的方式募集資金投資比特幣及其相關領域,將於2014年1月進入大中華地區。美國證監會於2013年7月在網站上公佈了WINKLEVOSS BITCOIN TRUST 相關注冊文件信息。
